A study was conducted at the Department of Dentistry of the University of the City of Izhevsk of the Russian Federation. A dark field microscope with x1500 magnification and a built-in digital video camera was used. Saliva was used as a sample. The device was operated for 20 minutes each time with 5-10 minute solutions at a distance of 20 cm from the material.
